Monthly Payments & Statements

Owner checks and detailed statements are issued on the 10th of each month. Your statement includes:
• Rental income collected
• Operating expenses and maintenance costs
• Management fees
• Net amount disbursed to you

If a holiday or bank closure falls on the 10th, payments are processed on the next business day.
